In February, Master’s students at the MSU Business School attended an expert-led lecture on rebranding. A guest speaker from T2 provided an overview of the full lifecycle of brand renewal, from the initial drivers behind a rebrand and identity development to the logistics behind a successful launch. The discussion also included actionable project management tips and a clear framework for evaluating brand performance.
Building on these insights, students were given a real-world case from the company. Working in teams, they were tasked with developing their own brand development concepts and showcasing them to industry experts.
The project presentations took place at T2’s headquarters, where students pitched their ideas to members of the company’s marketing department. Participants demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and strong teamwork skills.
The project “T2 Action. Move. We Keep You Connected,” came in first, impressing judges with a bold, active approach to the brand.
We congratulate the winners and thank T2 for giving students the opportunity to tackle professional marketing challenges!
“I was pleasantly surprised by how engaged the students were, during the lecture, while working on the case, and even afterward, when many continued to come up, ask questions, and seek advice.
As for the student projects, both I and my colleagues on the jury were genuinely impressed by the quality and depth of the work. Every aspect was thoroughly developed: the strategy, the creative concept, the promotional plan, the customer journey, and even detailed financial analysis. It was outstanding — and not something we expected. Even in real business settings, we don’t often see such comprehensive and well-developed proposals,” shared Vera Semenova, Head of Brand Development.
