LMSUBS has developed the innovative training programme named “Methods of increasing production efficiency and production improvement” for the top management of Rosneft Corporation.
The 7-month programme includes five training modules. Essential part of the training is the personal project done by each of the participants, i.e. development and implementation of improvement measures in the participant’s subdivision. The programme also includes an internship in one of the oil mining subsidiaries of Rosneft.
A group of forty managers started training in May 2018 and will complete the programme in November 2018. Classes are held in the campus format – students and teachers stay and study in the same place for five days of each training module. This provides an opportunity for constant interaction of the participants of the programme with each other. Cross-training of participants and exchange of experience and practices between the representatives of the company`s subsidiares, informal communication with experts not only helps to grow faster professionally, but also contributes to the rapid personal growth of each participant of the program.
The first module was devoted to the issues of production efficiency. Along with studying the main theme of the module, the participants of the program have already started working on the formulation of the goals and objectives for the improvement projects.
