Dr. Marina Markova presented a report “Modern trends in cooperation of higher education institutions and recruiters in the context of globalization” at the III Asian European Business Innovation Congress held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, one of the ten UN sustainable development centers, on April 21-22, 2016.
Dr. Markova shared successful experience of MSUBS in cooperating with its corporate partners in organizing student internships, research, PR, and sustainable development projects, and in recruiting graduates.
The agenda of the 2016 Congress was set around new forms of business cooperation. Among participants of the Congress were top managers of the following organisations: Fraunhofer Institute IFF, the Club of Rome and the World Academy of Art and Science, the German-Chinese Association of medium-sized enterprises, the Union of German Economy in Central Asia, German business club in the CIS and others.
The speakers covered the major session topics like “Business and entrepreneurial education”, “Business for sustainable development”, “Silk Road Economic Belt”, and “International and regional experience of business development in Central Asia.” The Congress focused on UN’s goals to sustainable development for the next 15 years.
