Phil Rosenzweig is professor at IMD (Losanna, Switzerland), where he works with leading companies on issues related with strategy and organization.
Phil Rosenzweig got his PhD degree at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 90s he was a marketing manager at Hewlett-Packard and professor at Harvard Business School. Currently he is teaching extensively on executive programs all around the world. He is author of bestsellers “The Halo Effect” and “Left Brain, Right Stuff: How Leaders Make Winning Decisions.”
Professor Rosenzweig introduced approaches to making complex management decisions basing on behavioral theory and told about practical tools for taking well-argued steps leading to success. He suggested the audience to discuss what is more important issue for a serious decision: detailed information or courage, ability to think logically or to act following the emotions. About 50 MSUBS students, graduate and faculty members participated in this workshop and in a lively discussion initiated by the guest professor.
