26 students from France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Finland and Singapore coming from the MSUBS`s partner institutions arrived to MSUBS to join the Russian students in bachelor and master programmes for a semester or an academic year in terms of international student exchange programme.
On August 29th a traditional Orientation Day for exchange students took place at MSU BS. The International Office team Darya Denisova, Svetlana Pak and Anna Winnik presented the history of the School, its international activities and discussed practical issues of study and stay in Russia with the international students. This official presentation was followed by the class “How to adapt to the Russian culture” prepared MSUBS faculty member Irina Petrovskaya to support students in their adaptation and socialization in Russia. The class explained the basics and specific aspects of the Russian culture. The Orientation Day was concluded by an event from the Student Committee for International Relations which also presented its activities planned for the fall semester and made a guided tour over the MSU campus.
An MSUBS Students Exchange Programme was launched in 2007. Since then around 100 MSUBS students used an opportunity to spend a semester abroad and more than 100 international students from partner universities studies at MSUBS.
