The Japanese cherry blossoms reached the GSBA at the beginning of May
The national symbol of Japan was planted near GSBA in 2001. It was the sign of a strong intention to build up the cooperation between Japan and Russia. Nowadays the cherry tree is an integral part of GSBA look. Each spring during all the 10 years we could admire the amazing and beautiful blooming season of the unusual cherry tree.
This white and pink miracle lasts sometimes for some days, but sometimes for only some hours. For the Japanese this tree symbolizes the brevity of human life and of its sweets.
